Condensed version of the movie。 Illustrations were beautiful and it was long enough / short enough to capture the attention of a 1。5 year old。 Would recommend for tots or kids who are fans of Moana。

I love Moana。 She is my favorite princess and I am most like her。 I like when her and Maui get the Heart of Te Fiti back！ I also like when the book shows her as a little girl。 The funniest part is when they had to fight off the Kakamora！ This is a wonderful book if you love Moana like I do！

Like I said， a lot of kids books sound alike after a while and this falls into the description。 It followed the story of the movie without much creative leniency。 Maybe I am too hard on kids books？The art was interesting though。
