Eh。 Kind of cliche。 I wish there was more character development and action。 A good chunk of the book was just politics and war planning。 And I hate when YA books leave all the action to the last 50 pages of the book ugh。

I loved this book！ Alina is such a well crafted character and every new character that is introduced is better than the last。 I still don’t really care for Mal。 He has no development and no part of the book makes you want to root for him。 I thought the introduction of Nikolai was perfect for this book， he is so many different people all at once。 This one was even better than the last！

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 Algo siempre pasa con las segundas partes。。。En este caso me gusto más la primera parte que la segunda。 En esta segunda entrega se introducen personajes como lo son Strumhond （que lo ame） y Tolya y Tamar， el inicio del libro fue muy bueno， nos habíamos quedado en que Alina viaja hasta el otro lado del mar con el fin de escapar del Oscuro， y no miento al decir que la fluidez de la historia en un inicio es muy buena， no pasa de las 20 páginas cuando ya tenemos un enfrentamiento de Alina con el Oscu Algo siempre pasa con las segundas partes。。。En este caso me gusto más la primera parte que la segunda。 En esta segunda entrega se introducen personajes como lo son Strumhond （que lo ame） y Tolya y Tamar， el inicio del libro fue muy bueno， nos habíamos quedado en que Alina viaja hasta el otro lado del mar con el fin de escapar del Oscuro， y no miento al decir que la fluidez de la historia en un inicio es muy buena， no pasa de las 20 páginas cuando ya tenemos un enfrentamiento de Alina con el Oscuro。 Tenemos escenas de acción muy bien elaboradas， algo que me parece muy refrescante de este libro es el desarrollo de la personalidad de Alina， podemos realmente saber como piensa y siente con líneas muy bien escritas y buenos argumentos。 Debo decir que tiene una personalidad medio fatalista la cual me llegaba a exasperar， pero vamos， seguro que ser la Grisha más poderosa es un martirio。 La relación de Alina y Mal es un tanto， un mucho tensa desde un inicio， espero esto mejoré en el tercero。 Este libro se centra mucho en la división política que tiene Ravka después del ataque del Oscuro y esto llegaba a ser tedioso en algun punto。 Debo decir que esas últimas 50 páginas me dejaron con la boca abierta， desde mi punto de vista todo fue en cámara rápida y definitivamente necesito el tercer libro。 。。。more
